IMBC regroupe des professionels indépendants aux qualifications et/ou à l'expérience très importante dont l'éthique et le professionalisme s'attachent particulièrement aux intérêts du Client. Chaque Membre d'IMBC a une identité très marquée pour développer une stratégie qui corresponde à l'identité du client et non à la mode. L'objectif est de faire face à la réalité où la personnalité et les besoins du Client (individu ou groupe d'individus) passent avant toute autre considération. La stricte méthodologie et l'éthique de Thierry Dorfsman sont reconnues par ses Clients depuis 35 ans autant que son empathie et son franc-parler. IMBC is a Christian school of thought founded by Thierry Dorfsman in 1993, in which the training and the promotion of the individual is constant so that he may serve the interests of the group to which he belongs to the best of his abilities in the knowledge that the individual can do nothing without the group but that progress necessitates a very high level of general culture within the group. IMBC is formed of a group of independent professionals, highly qualified and/or having significant industrial experience, whose ethic and professionalism serve the particular interests of the Client. Each IMBC member has a very strong identity in order to develop a strategy which corresponds to the Client's and not fashion's identity. The objective is to face reality in which the personality and needs of the Client (individual or a group of individuals) come before all else.
